Developing Policy Instruments to Reduce Inequality of Land Ownership

This research is motivated by the inequality of land ownership and policies regarding restrictions on ownership. However, existing have not been able to resolve problem in The study was conducted using a qualitative approach with perspective theoretical instrument policy. Primary data obtained from observation during three months fields interviews profound amount key informants, head Government, village chief, local peasants/local people, communities. Research results show that policy used practical such as value reference, added capturing, taxation. Instruments practically contributes reducing idle lands, increasing growth economy, creating field jobs, adding state income, improving well-being people.
